Fork Truck Operator

The Fork Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse or production facility. They support warehouse operations by ensuring materials are transported accurately, stored properly, and available when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fork trucks and other powered material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, and other delivery vehicles as required.
  • Move, stack, stage, and store materials in designated warehouse and production areas.
  • Verify materials, quantities, and locations to ensure accurate movement and inventory records.
  • Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Follow established safety procedures, traffic patterns, load limits, and material-handling requirements.
  • Assist with picking, receiving, shipping, and inventory activities as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and promptly report damaged products, equipment, or unsafe conditions.

Warehouse Manager

Job Description:
The Warehouse Manager – Microelectronics plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of sensitive microelectronic components. They are responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining the quality standards required to handle specialized products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of microelectronic components for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas following proper handling and safety protocols.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanners to track inventory movements and maintain stock levels.
  • Monitor and maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures to protect sensitive components.
  • Assist in regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with the shipping and receiving teams to coordinate deliveries and returns.
  • Report damaged or missing items and assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies.

Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. They help maintain accurate inventory, organized storage areas, and the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the facility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in designated locations.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders and materials for shipment.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using approved material-handling equipment.
  • Verify product quantities, item numbers, and locations to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization as required.
  • Inspect products and materials for damage and report discrepancies or quality concerns.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas in accordance with established procedures.
  • Follow company safety policies and assist shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of goods throughout the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficient transportation. They coordinate with vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams to optimize shipping routes and maintain accurate records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to arrange transportation and track shipments.
  • Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
  • Monitor and update shipment status using logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or missing shipments by coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Analyze shipping data and recommend improvements to logistics processes.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating and documenting the receipt and shipment of materials, products, and supplies. They ensure incoming and outgoing goods are accurately processed, properly documented, and prepared for efficient movement through the warehouse.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, staging, and completing required shipping documents.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, shortages, or other discrepancies.
  • Record shipment and receiving information accurately in warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipment records.
  • Assist with inventory control, product location, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area while following established safety and material-handling procedures.

Sales Account Manager
